PVC ceiling machine is used to produce UPVC wall panel, PVC ceiling width 200mm,250mm,300mm with different section shape and height. the surface of PVC ceiling panel can be treated by double color printing & coated with glossy oil, or by heat transfer printing, or by lamination, which can make marble, wooden design on surface of product.

1. The calcium powder required in the board formula can be increased up to 50%-250% and the required amount of the auxiliary material decreased by 30%.
2. The products made using the PVC ceiling extrusion machine offer a fine appearance and uniform plasticization.

Product Description

1.Twin screw extruder with Automatic feeding system -- SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder: (The model according to the sizes of final products to choose ) The specially designed screw and the advanced controlling system ensure excellent plasticization, high output and stable extruding.

2.Vacuum calibration table
Heating exchanging and cooling system of quick speed in calibrating system alternate effectively and ordinally with vacuum system, which ensures calibrating precision. Vacuum system composes two independent subsystems and each is equipped with several fixed circulating vacuum lines of three-point type. Meanwhile, each line carries vacuum regulating system and vacuum display system that realize even and stable vacuum degree of plate surface.
